At Urban-411, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find the need to return a product, please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures.

Returning a Product

If you wish to initiate a return for new, unused Urban-411 products in their original packaging, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To process your return, please notify our team of your decision within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that the return shipping fee may vary based on the quantity of items being returned.

Conditions and Exclusions

  • Your Urban-411 product must be returned undamaged and unused, and it should be in its original packaging.
  • In-stock items can be returned immediately if we are informed within 24 hours of placing your order, and the return is completed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product you intend to return must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of marks, alterations, damages, or signs of wear and use.
  • Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • In case of a damaged or defective order, we will aim to either repair or provide a replacement as soon as possible. However, claims for replacement of damaged or lost items must be reported to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns outside of our 24-hour return receipt window.
  • We do not offer exchanges, as our goal is to process and ship your desired order as quickly as possible.
  • Assembled or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom products, shipping fees, and installation fees are non-refundable.
  • Once an order is placed, it is typically not possible to change or cancel it once it has entered the production process.
  • If a client fails to accept the delivery of any product on its scheduled delivery date, storage charges may apply on a per-day basis.
  • For any Urban-411 product shipped outside of the UAE, all return and warranty policies are void.
